Meet Mama Rosa

Justino's is a family-run pizzeria and bar, and our matriarch, Mama Rosa, is still in the kitchen. She brings old-world traditions and techniques to everything she makes, from hand-rolled gnocchi to fluffy arancini, and the pizzas that come out of our wood oven every night.

Her homemade delicacies are made to transport you and your taste buds to the rolling hills and stretching vineyards of the heart of Italy, without leaving South Oakville.
